Inter-Religious Health Out-Reach Foundation Uganda, it is a Christian registered charity for the vulnerable groups that is established in Africa Uganda down in local villages in 2011 under registration number of NDWA/021/013. After seeing such a great for the needy orphans, vulnerable children and Youths within local communities (Villages) in Africa Uganda, God revealed to Brother Henry mayamba after his community research paper that he submitted to qualify for his first bachelor Degree of arts in Social and Social administration to reach out to the needy of the neediest (Poor needy kids, orphans and Vulnerable Youths) in local poor communities (Villages) who are abandoned, destitute and poverty stricken. And this was due to many NGOs that were established in towns/the city of Uganda and local villages are left out where the most vulnerable groups are found.
Recognizing thousands of children lacked love, education, and simple basic needs, Henry started Inter-Religious Health Out-Reach Foundation Uganda to provide love, care and assistance to orphans and needy children whose parents were too sick or destitute to care for them.
Once Henry finished his research paper that was submitted to the university and local leaders, he identified these children and met their critical needs, education was next. He knew that the only way he could help the vulnerable groups would be initiating relationships with them by having weekly meetings, where they were taught the bible and played games. There were averages of 20 children each week. Through getting to know these children, Henry realized that most of them are orphans and did not attend school at all. And I was joined up by two social workers, one counselor and One Youth Spiritual mentor to start sharing the vision to educate and support these children in 2011. Through sharing our vision, we were joined up by the first sponsor of our charity from USA with only $20 every month, and in 2012 we got a visitor from USA who came to see what we are doing, and she was attached in her heart though she had no enough support, but through her, my father felt a heart of supporting the mission with a big sanction of land that was donated for the ministry and above all, we got an international staff member that we are currently working with as Senior Executive board member (PAMELA JARRATTE) based in USA.
Today, through the faithfulness and generosity of our few sponsors and benefactors, we are currently working with friends who are supporting 24 orphans and needy children and we are still struggling with over 24 more orphans that need friends to help them to meet their future dream.

We are now dreaming of the day when God provides for the rest of orphans we have, more so full construction of a Christian School for vulnerable kids called Jesus Cares Nursery.
Project’s Mission
We care and help Poor Needy orphans, vulnerable children and promote Youths mentorship through visiting them in hospitals and homes to teach them health social life, spiritual empowering and support them with human basic needs like food, clothes, medical and child education in Uganda.

To see a society which is free from high death rate, social stress and full of health hygiene among the poor needy orphans, vulnerable children and Youths of today in Uganda.
Our help builds and adds value to Humanity by helping the poor needy people specially the children without parents (orphans) and Youths to live a good life which can make them to be good leaders of tomorrow and resourceful to their communities.
